All orders come with a tracking reference which will be given in an email after your order.

Returns Policy

You may return or exchange watches purchased from us within 14 days of arrival. If within 14 days of purchase you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund of the purchase price, providing it is returned in the same condition as it shipped and with original receipt (print from checkout page) .Upon their arrival the timepiece will be inspected and if satisfactory a refund will be authorised. 

There is a 24 month Warranty on all our products and covers any and all parts that may need repair. This can be due to material defects or normal use workmanship. Any evidence of extreme or incorrect use will not be accepted. Please note warranty excludes battery, bracelet/strap, case and glass. LOKDALE Ltd will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and will not exceed the amount paid incase of recovery for the timepiece. Please produce proof of purchase upon request.

and you'll be asked to type in your tracking reference.

There you'll be given all the details you need to see where your package is.

We always send our items by 1st Class Signed (Within UK), and Tracked and Signed (Europe and Rest of the World) when available.
